MentoringMentoring is aimed at small-to-medium sized firms. The purpose of the programme is to provide real-time, cost effective access to CornerStone for business support. The mentoring program would often follow on after CornerStone has delivered some other business development services. CornerStone offers a choice of two mentoring programmes which may be purchased in six monthly periods: Option 1 is limited to normal office hours, no more than one phone call and one piece of written communication (e-mail, letter or fax) per day. Phone calls are returned within 4 working hours and written communication within 16 working hours of receipt. Option 2 allows anytime access, with unlimited phone calls and written communication per day. Phone calls are returned within 120 minutes and written communication within the same day. The mentoring program can cover at least the following areas:
